I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern and offered breathtaking views of the city and the Sea of Japan. They were very spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The service was top-notch, with a touch of a typical Japanese business hotel atmosphere. The staff, although having limited English fluency, were cheerful, very helpful, and made our stay extra pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Sado Kisen Ferry Terminal, a lively fish market, and some of the best panoramic views in Niigata. The dining experience, though good, wasn't the absolute best, with a mix of Western and traditional Japanese cuisine. Overall, a fantastic experience with only minor drawbacks.
